Longridge Fell Circular (6 miles)

6m circular route around Longridge Fell initially offering 
excellent views North over Chipping to Bleasedale Moor before 
entering a woodland section which has been partially clear
felled providing excellent views South over the Ribble Valley. 
The final section of the walk gives views West down Ribble Valley 
to the coastal plain.

None Take the kissing-gate at East end (right) of the car park and follow
the path NE up Jeffrey Hill towards the stone pillar on the skyline.

None At this pillar, head initially left following the path which bends
right (East) and slowly climbs to where a wall crosses your path. Good views North over Chipping to Bleasdale Moor.

None Turn NE (left), keeping the wall on your right and follow the path to
the trig point .
